Do you know why Toyota Motor Corporation repeatedly produces quality vehicles that you can depend on?

Processes.

Toyota even says, “We are committed to building vehicles of the highest quality using precision production processes and a skilled and dedicated workforce.”

A business process lays out the most efficient way to do a task and reduces mistakes.
